The staff here were incredibly nice and amiable, making the experience truly great. My apartment was wonderful, with a comfy bed and a private bathroom.

Magnificent location a short walk from Vibora Beach. A nice size room in other bedroom, and nice pool...

The apartment was a good size and had everything you needed including laundry. There was a nice restaurant within walking distance. This property was good value for money. This is an older resort in Marbella and has less ameneites than some people may expect from more modern resorts. But it was clean, quiet and very roomy well worth it.

The apartment complex is not staffed after 4:30pm which means if you are arriving later you have to let them know in advance, which could be tricky if you are late because of flight delays.

Fantastic Location and great 3 bed privatly owned apt overlooking the sea.Very clean and extremly well equiped.The pool area was very good for young children with a lifeguard on duty.Very good food served at the pool bar and at a reasonable price.Fully equiped kitchen and great lounge.We will return again without hesitation.It really is on the beach .Having stayed in some of top hotels in marbella this location and family apt is up there with best.Thank you to Segesa brilliant.

It is a fabulous location and the apartment that we were allocated had excellent sea views. I would not hesitate in booking this again

There are 3 things that were disappointing: 1) The apartment was only serviced once in the week that we stayed 2) The apartment was clean but not immaculate 3) The staff that look after the poolside bar do not like the English and were extremely unhelpful/rude. The food that was served was also terrible.

old apartament

location - close to the beach, size of apartments - was huge for 2 persons,

to far from Marbella centrum - 10km, far from supermarket, smell of apartmets was bad probably old furniture and not ofen opened windows.....

The rooms were spacious with a comfortable double bed, giving a cozy feel. The service provided was top-notch, and the pool was enjoyable for relaxation.

The apartments were very spacious, and really clean. The apartment was also very private. . the pool was very safe for the kids with lifeguard on duty all day. The whole apartment block was very secure with key locked gates and car parking very secure.

When we located the Jardines las goldondrinas we did not reliase we were at the front of the apartment block , As there was big secured locked gates -and it was very badly signposted, we drove around and around the block looking for the front entrance and finally when somebody appeared they very kindly lead me to the reception desk.

Lush gardens, close to the sea, nice neighbourhood, good parking, very secure, very quiet (except for the sound of running water in the gardens and the personnel working there early in the mornings, as well as occasional very noisy parties at Nikki Beach club nearby).

The apartment itself and the equipment there were quite old (E.G. tv sets and DVDs date apparently from early 1990s), but this wasn't a problem for us. We had problems with the washing machine which sometimes didn't drain water and with air conditioner in the kids room that had water dripping from it. Kitchenware (casseroles, frying pans) was quite old too and not of the best quality, although dishes and cutlery were good. Water in the pool is chlorinated. The beach nearby is ok but isn't that great and is full of people that are trying to sell you something, which is very annoying.

Excellent service and spacious rooms with a large balcony, conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, a supermarket, and Niki Beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained apartment with its modern kitchen and facilities ranging from dish-washers to toast-makers. The gardens - a delight to stroll around in - are kept in a great shape. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away. The pool area - equipped with Wi-Fi - is also clean and comfy, though the poolside restaurant could consider moderating its prices.

Taking a shower can be an exhilarating experience as the boiler tends to exhaust all available hot water after some 6-7 minutes. Late sleepers could find the noise of garden equipment working after 9 am somewhat discomforting. Some minor issues - non-working light bulbs and tv remote control buttons. It's best to avoid booking tours through the reception - having purchased tickets for an outing to Tangiers we were left waiting for a bus that never showed up at 7 in the morning.

Hotel was modern, excellent services, and it had particularly good location very close to the sea. I had a warm welcome, incredibly nice and affable staff. Location: the venue was close enough to beautiful gardens, and close to the beach.
